WHO is vib3x?

Evan Neely is a Producer/DJ local to Pittsburgh, PA who’s been in the music industry for 25 years. They graduated with a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University in Music Composition with a minor in Conducting and an independent study in Sound Recording/Design 25’. They love collaborating with artists of all genres and fields while providing a revolutionary frequency as an innovator in the craft with the ability to crank out music like no other. They’ve been working with IATSE Local 3 Stage Hands Union since 2022 and also is a DJ Assistant/Audio Technician for 30-40 weddings a year. They know the industry, providing Mixing and Mastering services, Production Lessons, and would love to help get your project nuanced as a masterwork.

Production Lesson

Let’s take a look at 1-3 of your works in progress and find the inspiration you need to get you out of any writers block. In this lesson I’ll drop knowledge from an orchestration/phrasing perspective to how to make the sound you are looking for.

Creative Consultation

Evan is super experienced in creative projects of all sizes from stadiums to festivals and back yards to the bar. Let’s make those ideas happen. Book a session to talk about what you’re putting together and we can workshop ideas; make sure you aren’t forgetting anything.

Music Commissions

Let’s talk shop. My turn around for electronic and cinematic music is impressive. I do a lot of collaborations and the people I work with keep coming back because I am able to make what they described and put my own spin on it so that I know the delivery will succeed the desired response.

    Evan was an incredibly bubbly and energetic person to work with. From the start when I introduced the idea of doing cultural music, he set out to sample various types and understand music in different cultures. Through our meetings, he’d carefully took the time to make sure the rhythms matched and to try all instrument possibilities. Despite never experiencing this genre specifically, Evan delivered a piece that moved hearts and was very powerful. Working with him, asking him questions, sending him inspiration and telling him what I liked and didn’t like was smooth and although it wasn’t easy as I lacked music terminology, Evan was quick to pick up my needs and respond in a timely manner.
